Suspilne Film Archive Digitisation Project

Suspilne, Ukraine’s public broadcaster, holds around 70,000 reels of film stored across various cities, all at risk of destruction due to ongoing attacks. FIAT/IFTA and international partners have made it possible to acquire a professional film scanner for Suspilne under the Save Your Archive initiative. After extensive efforts, the scanner arrived in June, marking the start of the long-awaited digitisation process.
