@Dokumenta video is a creative partnership between journalist Dr. David Dunkley Gyuimagh (Phd) and documentarian José Velazquez (MA) together holding a range of  specialisms in academia, journalism, storytelling, major television production,  and data architecture and advisories.  The project ‘Black Lives’ incorporates three important collections  on Beta SP, DI and D2 TAPES and ¼ inch reels formats.   Telling g the stories of the Scottish Reverend Sidney Pearson who built an African Eton; Productions materials from  the first Ghana-South African Co-production for Channel One;  Black London in the 1990s , featuring recordings interviews with Black artists such as Eartha Kitt, Alice Walker and Quincy Jones, produced for the  BBC ‘Black London’ series.

The collection will be digitised by Memnon in cooperation  with their sister company LMH in London. The project is expected to take c. 12 months to completion and will be featured in the World Conference reports 2021 and 2022 and online.
