New Call for Proposals deadline: May 5th.

We’ve chosen Everything is possible and nothing is true? as this year’s Conference theme; set to take place in Rome this October 2025. As we gather again, we will delve deeper into this concept, recognising its increasing relevance in our rapidly evolving media landscape. We will confront a present dominated by generative AI, the significant challenges of misinformation and disinformation, and the critical importance of archives in navigating this complex reality.

We welcome proposals based on user experiences, new initiatives or perspectives, striking conclusions, successes, but also failures. The main objective is for audiovisual archive professionals to share amongst each other, to understand the lessons learned and where new challenges or solutions might arise, wherever your archive is on the timeline. Suggestions for subjects not mentioned are equally welcome but should be contextualised thoroughly.
