At the end of 2025, we organised a Membership Workshop in Rome, followed by a survey addressed to both members and non-members. The goal was to better understand expectations, needs, and perceptions of the FIAT/IFTA community. We have now gathered these insights into a report, which we are pleased to share with you.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who participated. The feedback will be carefully taken into account as we continue working to strengthen and improve the FIAT/IFTA network.
