The FIAT/IFTA World Conference registration is now open on the FIAT/IFTA website!
The registration process has been streamlined! Follow the “Register Now” button at the bottom of this page or the World Conference page, and choose if you want Registration or Student Registration. From the product page, you can select how many registrations you wish to make, facilitating group registrations!
Once ready to check out, introduce the billing and attendees’ details and select the payment type: Bank Transfer or Card.
- If you choose Bank Transfer, your registration will be on hold until the transfer has been made effective. Please make sure to use the order number as the reference.
- For Card payments, the page will redirect you to a secure page for you to complete the registration.
Once the payment has been processed, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
For this year’s conference, we are offering the following registration options:
- FIAT/IFTA Member / Speaker.
- FIAT/IFTA Non-Member.
- Single Day.
- Student (1-Day).
- Gala Dinner.
If you are sponsoring the FIAT/IFTA World Conference, the FIAT/IFTA Office will contact you via email with further instructions on how to claim your complimentary registrations.

Once registered, visit the FIAT/IFTA World Conference Programme Website on Sched. Here you can create a profile and select which sessions you’d like to attend, creating your own personal schedule; you can also download the Sched app on your phone and keep track of the event there.
If you are a speaker and would like to make changes to your session or profile, you can log into Sched using the email address provided during the Call for Proposals. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Network and Communications Coordinator via email.
The programme is correct at the time of publishing. Still, organisers reserve the right to alter it if and when deemed necessary, and the FIAT/IFTA Office reserves the right to make changes without prior notice to the parties concerned.
